Campground open from December 29th to November 11th (7:30 am to 22:30 pm)
Peacefulness and conviviality
Located in the heart of the Pyrenees, between the river Neste and the canal, this friendly and charming oasis of calm will be your Midi-Pyrenees campsite as you stop-off en route to Spain, or for a family break or on holiday with friends. Access is easy from the entrance of the valley and, from here, you will find yourself at the foot of some of the great mountain passes of the Pyrenees (Aspin, Tourmalet, Peyresourde), in the midst of a peaceful, unspoilt natural environment.

Wide choice of accommodations
Whether you are keen on comfortable accommodation or prefer more traditional camping, behind the historical industrial building you will love our mobile homes, wooden chalets, gypsy caravan, raised tents on stilts, or spacious pitches for caravans, tents or motorhomes, for short breaks on a leg of your journey or for a longer holiday in the Aure Valley.
Facilities and Activities
solar energy heats the pool, and the snack bar simplifies your life
Le Snack is a welcoming hub where in the morning you can pick up fresh pastries and bread. Later on, it sells pizzas to eat in or take out, and refreshing ice creams for when you come out of the solar heated swimming pool.
Depending on the heat of the sun, there will be a choice of activities: pétanque (French bowling), Molkky skittles, billiards, ping pong, volleyball. Unless, of course, it’s time for a siesta in a hammock rather than a workout (rowing machine or cross-trainer).
As soon as you leave the campsite, you can start on foot on the route St Jacques de Compostelle (GR 105) and other nearby hiking trails (The Pyrenean lakes etc.), or you can cycle the great mountain passes of the Tour de France. Alternatively, you can go rock climbing or tour the spas and discover the region at the same time.
Children are also in for a great time with amusement parks and play- or water-based activities all close to the campsite.
A region with spectacular tourist sites
At only 45km from the Bielsa tunnel, the campsite is an ideal base camp for trips to the great tourist sites of the Midi-Pyrenees (Pic du Midi, Cirque de Gavarnie, St Bertrand de Comminges, the sanctuary of Lourdes, Cauterets Pont d’Espagne etc.) and other places steeped in history (the Grottes of Gargas) or culture, places that are unusual (Gourgue d’Asque) or simply remarkable feats of nature (Gouffre d’Esparros). And don’t forget the spectacular Spanish slopes (Aïnsa).
Reception people (english spoken) will be on hand to furnish you with ideas and leaflets for fun and adventurous trips.
